“HOW TO TAKE BETTER SOLOS” WORKSHOP
Saturday, May 17 at 11:00am EST/15:00gmt
Do you feel dissatisfied with your improvised soloing? Ready to break out of ruts but don’t know how to get started? Do you get intimidated by the idea of moving out of familiar positions on the fingerboard? Then this workshop is for you.
In this 90-ish minute Zoom course, we’ll explore together some of the most effective techniques that I have worked on for decades; approaches that I apply, in the practice room and onstage, to all styles of music I play. Sometimes we just have to talk about how to take solos!
Some take-home supplemental material will be provided, too, so you can continue to work on these methods in an ongoing way. My hope for you is that this workshop is just the beginning!
Note: this class will be recorded and available to watch online after the event, so you can still sign up if you can’t make it to the session, but being together is recommended!
The fee for the class is $60. Send me an email using the form below, and I can get you signed up and provide payment info, and a Zoom link for the session. Feel free to write with any questions, as well. I look forward to working together!
